Battery Of Ministers In Christchurch East Dominion Special Service. CHRISTCHURCH, February 3. Three members of the War Cabinet, three Ministers of the domestic Cabinet, and four members of Parliament will constitute the battery of speakers brought into the Christchurch East electorate to support the Labour Party’s candidate by the time the campaign concludes.
