NEXT CALL-UP
Suspension Suggested An inquiry whether in view of the Christmas holidays the calling-up of men in the 41-45 age class fixed for December 22 could be delayed till January was made by Mr. Doidge (Opposition, Tauaranga) in notice of a question in the House of Representatives yetserday. The Minister of Defence, Mr. Jones, who made an immediate reply to the question, said that he would make inquiries to, see, if that could be done.
