LONDON. July 18. The British Red Cross learns tha’ conditions are excellent at the civilian internment camps at Shiroyamanaga’ saki and Miyosliihiroshima. in Japan. The food is good and varied and the hygiene is satisfactory. Facilities for sport and exercise are adequate.
