AGGRESSIVE SPIRIT
(By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright i (Received July 20, 1j.40 p.m.) LONDON, July 20. Mr. E. Shinweil. the Labour M.P., in a speech said: “Unless immediate aggressive steps are taken to aid Russia there will be a revulsion of feeling throughout Britain which may destroy the Government and impair the public confidence in the war effort. “What is the use of Mr. Lyttleton talking about, sending 50 tanks a week to Russia? That is mere chicken-feed in comparison with the huge enemj’ reserves massed on the Russian front. 1 am afraid there is too much of the 1043-4-1 spirit in the Government. We should lie conceited with 1942, which is the most vital, the most, critical, year of the war.’’
