EGG PRICES LOWER
Reduction In All Grades From Today “The Wellington Egg Marketing Committee and the Internal Marketing Division, working in conjunction with the Price Tribunal, have arranged for a decrease in the wholesale price of eggs. The new prices, which are effective fro.ni today, are as follows, with previous prices shown in parentheses: — Heavy, 3/- (3/3) dozen; standard, 2/10 (3/1): medium, 2/8 (2/10); pullet. 2/4 (2/6) ; largo duck, 2/10 (3/1); small duck, 2/8 (2/10). Authorized receiving depots will pay 2/81 u dozen for ungraded eggs.
