Geddes (Wellington), 11. Howse (Dannevirke), H. G. Larsen (Lower Hutt), W. T. McDonnell (Papanui), Warrant Officers 2nd Class D. H. McKenzie (Christchurch), K. C. Roberts (Sydenham), S. S.
