It is also asked that a card be included with each parcel bearing the name and address of the donor, or, if supplied from patriotic funds, a card or slip of paper bearing the compliments of the packing committee and indicating that the goods are being sent on behalf of the people of New Zealand through the provincial patriotic councils.
