CLEANING UP WORK IN ABYSSINIA

News of the progress in cleaning up the military situation in Abyssinia is /given in a joint communique issued by (lie army command and air headquarters in Nairobi, which states that strong fighting patrols from our forces operating against Gxtndar fom Debra Tabor made a reconnaissance of enemy positions on the top of the esea rpinen t at Ferroaber-Kulkalier and succeeded in penetrating enemy positions and drawing much lire.
Following the Ethiopian army’s success at Granda on November 11 the enemv lias now evacuated Janguar and is believed to be evacuating the whole of Cereos and Gorgora. On all the other sides of Gondar our regular and patriot forces are continuing to harass the enemy.
