Racing Association. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Racing Owners. Breeders and Irainers’ Association will be held at Kiecarton during Grand National week. Hie dent Dr. E. 11. B. Milsom, is unable to make the trip, but, in response to a request from a large number of members, he will again offer his services.
