Sir,—-In the list of those accompanying the Director of Internal Marketing —Mr. F. R. Picot—to New Delhi, I notice the name of Mr. B. H. Picot. Would you inform your readers, (11 What relation —if any—Mr. B, 11. Picot is to the director? (2) What exactly is Mr. B. H. Picot’s official position in the Internal Marketing Department? (3) How long Mr. B. 11. Picot has been in the department? I trust that the censor will not consider that this information should be suppressed in the public interest. —I an, etc.—NOSEY PARKER.
