MORSE CLASSES
Air Force Recruits Dominion Special Service. WANGANUI, March 6. Eighteen recruits who have been attending morse classes at the telegraph office, Wanganui, have finished (heir No. 3 (long) course. They were addressed by the chief postmaster, Mr. A. Bellow, and the telegraph engineer, Mr. F. C. Gentry. The recruits will undergo their final tesls next Wednesday, aud those who pass will receive notices to enter air training schools at Levin or Ohakea within the next week or so. A new class of recruits will then start in Wanganui.
'Pile clnssi’s have been coiulncled by Mr. E. A, Bradley, radio inspector, and most, of the trainees can receive 11 words a minute, though the average expected when a recruit finishes his prc.liiniuai'.v course is eight words.
