While increased German forces have been massing ■on the Greek and Turkish frontiers of Bulgaria: Russia has openly denounced the Bulgarian Government s permission of German occupation. A special messenger from Hitler is on his way by air to the Turkish capital. The frontier forces of Turkey and Greece have been increased. Mr. Eden and General Dill have begun political and military talks with the Greek leaders as a sequel to the new agreement with Turkey. There lias been a rapid new advance in Italian Somaliland. Air raids on. Britain on Monday night were not heavy. Cardiff was the main target.
