Colin Chesney Dnnn, charged with breaking and entering on January 30 the dwelling-house of Hector Norman Swindnle. 11 Ross Street, ami committing 11 Edward Wardle, Norman Wallis and Kenneth William Stewart, jointly charged with breaking mid entering by day on February 1. the dwellinghouse ot Franees May Humphrey. 143 Cuba Street, Petoue, mid committing (hell. lu lletheriugtou’s case, bail of £lOO and two sureties of £lOO yvas allowed.
