Americans NEW YORK, February 19. Taking advantage of a German shortwave radio announcement inciting criticisms and suggestions from the United States, thousands of Americans are sending insulting "collect” cable messages to Hitler. A Nazi announcer said that Germany would accept 25-word messages on a collect basis from American listeners. One message requested a broadcast ol Hitler's funeral and another asked for an eye-witness account of R.A.F. bombing of Berchtesgaden and Hitler's ('hancellcry. Some of I lie messages wore unprintable.
