ENGINEER’S APPOINTMENT
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) TIMARV. February 2<>. From 1!> applicants, Mr. A. F. Lee Smith was today appointed engineer to the South Canterbury Power Board in succession to Mr. R. D. Veitch, who was recently appointed to a similar position with the I’imttrn Borough Council. Mr. Lee Smith is at present assistant engineer to the North Canterbury Power Board.
