PAHIATUA, February 79. A good yarding of sheep, weaner dairy heifers anil pigs was offered at this week's Pahiatua sale. Competition was keen throughout, particularly for lambs showing size. Prices: — Sheep; Good b.f. lambs 20/- to 17/2, medium IG/2 to 14/3, small 12/- to 10/-: good shorn w.l'.w. lambs 18/2 to 10/-, medium 14/0 to 13/0: woolly 10/3 to 14/9. medium 13/- to 11/-, small 10/0 to 7/3. Cattle: Dairy wearier heifers £4/8/- to £3/10/-. Pigs: Good wenners 15/- to 10/0, medium 9/- to (J/r>: porkers 35/ to ,31/-.
