Mrs. 'Webb-Jones and Mrs. L. Spurdie are 'Wanganui visitors to Auckland. Mrs. G. P. H. Davidson, Kelburn, ■Wellington, who has been on it two weeks’ visit to Auckland, has returned home.

Mrs. J. J. Pease, Ilawera, and Mrs. P. J. Coleman, Eltham, have returned home after a holiday spent at Parapa raruni u.

Miss Moya Hempton, who has been spending a holiday at Mount Egmont and Wanganui, has returned to Wellington.

Miss H. Wilton, of the Public Hospital dispensary staff in 'Wellington, is visiting Wanganui. Mrs. R. W. Olliver, Wellington, is a visitor to Wanganui. Miss I. Cade, Wellington, has been visiting 'Wanganui. Dr. and Mrs. R. M. Irwin, Oamaru, arrived at Wellington last night from the north. They are the guests of Dr. . Irwin’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Irwin, Aurora Terrace. Mrs. IV. J. Bright, Ilawera, who has been on a visit to her daughter, Mrs. T. Evans, Wellington, has returned home. Mrs. G. McKenzie, Roxburgh Street, Wellington, accompanied by her daughter, Mrs. Howard Hitchinson and her child, and her other daughter, Miss N. McKenzie, is staying with Mrs. C. M. Burne, Porangahau, on a visit that will extend over some months. Mrs. IV. Hume has left for Christchurch to be near her son Martin, who is in the Air Force. Mrs. Hume is rhe guest of Mr. and Mrs. C. Rabone. Mrs. H. Cornfoot and Miss P- Cornfoot, Feilding, are visiting 'Wellington.
