German And Italian Naval Chiefs
LONDON, February 17
It was announced in Berlin today that Admiral Raeder, Corn maud er-in-Chief of tlie German Navy, and Admiral Riccardi, Secretary of State of the Italian Navy, met at Bologna on Thursday and Friday of last week. Tlie official German news agency says: "A thorough exchange of views on tlie conduct of Hie war against England which was carried on in a spirit of comradeship resulted in complete unanimity.”
