INDECENT ASSAULT
A prisoner atied 19. whose name was suppressed, was .sentenced by Mj". Justice Ostler, in the Supreme Court. 55’ellington, yesterday, to three years in a Borstal institution on each of four charges of indecent assault on a female and two charges of indecent assault on a male, (lie sentences to be served concurrently. “You are a menace to children and young girls of the community." remarked His Honour. ''ss'hat you want is stern discipline." Mr. N. T. Gillespie appeared for prisoner and Mr. SV. R. Birks represented the Crown.
