DIVORCE PETITIONS
Undefended Cases Heard In Supreme Court
Decrees nisi, to be moved absolute in three months, were granted to petitioners by the Chief Justice, .Sir .Michael Myers, in the Supreme Court. Wellington. yesterday, in the following undefended eases: Leslie George Edwards v. Alice Maud Edwards; Patrick William O’Cavenagh v. Caroline Helen O’Cavenagh: Marion .Millicent Johnston v. Arthur Johnston: Mary Stuart I’enhey v. Robert John; I’enhey: Eileen Gertrude Zimmerman v. George Evan Zimmerman. A decree nisi, to be moved absolute in three months, was made to the petitioner in the ease of Leopold Henry Abrahams v. Marie Winifred Abrahams, on the grounds of misconduct on the part of the respondent.
Decrees for the restitution of conjugal rights were granted to petitioners in the following eases: Francis Keith v. Iris Gertrude Tui Keith : Edgar Andrew Hornblow v. Joan Catherine Hornblow.
