Germans Said To Be Still Equipping Boats
LONDON. February 12
The Belgian correspondent of "The Times'’ says that travellers from Holland and Belgium slate that the Germans continue to equip boats for the Invasion of Britain. 'The public are forbidden to use the quaysides, not only in Ihe seaports, but in river ports. Coastal residents arc not permitted to go inland without special licences. Belgians have seen Ger,mans fitting engines in many steel river barges, in the fore part of which a "drawbridge” is installed to enable troops, guns, and small tanks to quickly embark lin'd disembark.
