WOMAN PIONEER'S DEATH
A piomsT whose familv was closely associated with missionary work in Taranaki, Mrs. A. S. Wilson, died in Auckland last Sunday. As a girl site went to Taranaki with her father, the Rev. G. Hobbs She wars a school teacher in Hawera and Palmerston North. Her husband was an early farmer in South Taranaki. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson later settled near I’apakura'. find after her husband's death Mrs. Wilson retired to Auckland, where she was known for .ier work among poor and needy people.
