Sims —Ritchie The marriage took place recently at her brother’s residence, Karori, of Jessie Adair, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Ritchie, St. K'tlda, Dunedin, to Sydney, elder son of Mr. and Mrs. S. B. Sims, Hamilton. The Rev, A. Salmond. M.A., officiated. The bride, wtio was escorted by het brother, Mr. J. G. Ritchie, wore a graceful frock of dove grey marocain. with shirred waistband and sleeves, the skirt flaring full at the back. Her picture hat was navy with a deep veil and .-lie carried pink gladioli and carua tiotis. She was attended by her sister-in-law, Mrs. J. G. Ritchie, as matron of. honour, wearing a frock in two -iiades of cyclamen marocain. will) navy accessories, and catrying cyclamen gladioli. Dr. J. Bruce Bibby was best man. At the reception the guests were received by the bride's mother, who wore a model frock of black, with touches of white and carried scarlet roses. When lhe bride and bridegroom left foi- Hie tiorth. Mrs. Sims wore a navy sheer frock with white accessories.
