The I’osimirster-Geiieral, Mr. Webb, announced last night that the 9d. concession rale ou airmail letters for members of Die British armed forces serving overseas bad now been extended to letters addressed to members of the British mercantile ma’r'ine. The concession applied only to letters not exceeding half-aii-ounee forwarded. by the Empire irir service via Australia.
