Vacancy On Wellington City Council The vacancy on the Wellington City Council caused by the death of Cr. T. Forsyth is not to be filled, A decision to this effect was reached at last night’s meeting of the council, on the motion of the mayor, Mr. Hislop. Through the death of Cr. Forsyth, a vacancy lias also occurred on tileboard of trustees of the National Art Gallery. This vacancy was tilled last night by the appointment of Cr. Al. Fraser.
