FREE RUMANIA
Movement Organized In London (Received February 5, 10.50 p.m.) LONDON, February 5. M. Tilea, the former Rumanian Minister in London, who has been deprived of his nationality by the Rumanian Cabinet, issued a statement that a Free Rumania Movement is being organized in London with the object of freeing Rumania from German domination.
“I possess inside knowledge showing that Rumania as a whole, including her political leaders, expects the Rumanians living in democratic countries to frame a national policy with Britain and her allies to restore the country’s independence,” he said. Britain does not officially recognize the London committee.
