OPENING OF SESSION
Second Week Of Next Month A statement that the next session of the New Zealand Parliament would open probably in the second week in March was made yesterday by the Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser. He said also that, the Labour Parly caucus to discuss the work tor the session had been fixed for Tuesday, February IS.
