FURTHER REFUSAL
Bulgaria And The Axis SOFIA, December 27. Prom well-informed circles it is stated that after a stormy meeting the Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee overwhelmingly rejected a proposal that Bulgaria adhere to the Axis and sign Ihe Three-Power Pact. The Foreign Minister, M. Popoff, opposed the proposal on the grounds that they did not coincide with neutrality and Bulgaria’s desire to remain out of the war.
