French Delegation May Go To Thailand LONDON, December 27. A message from Vichy states it is reliably reported tliat France plans to send a delegation from Indo-China to Bangkok in an effort to settle the frontier dispute. France rejected Japan’s offer to arbitrate, declaring that it could not accept third-party mediation.
