BOY FOUND SHOT
(Bv Telegraph—-Press Association.) DUNEDIN, December 27.
The body of a 15-year-old youth. Gordon Malcolm Raymond Strathern. farm hand, employed by Mr. P. McDonnell on his dairy farm at Wakari was found late this afternoon in a shed on the property. A single-barrelled shotgun lay alongside the body. The boy was a son of Mr. William Strathern', LSI Burke Street, Invercargill. He had been engaged in hoeing docks till a few minutes before his death. The cartridge in the gun'was the last, one left in the shed.
