J udgment for plaintiff was entered by Mr. Justice O'Regan in a reserved decision delivered in the Compensation Court, Wellington, this week in a case in which Duncan Armadale Bennett, Awahuri, labourer, claimed compensation from Reuben Merritt, Aoraugi. farmer, for the loss of an eye while engaged in well-boring. Judgment was entered for accrued compensation £7O, a weekly payment.ol. £l/13/4 till the period of liability should have been exhausted or till the further order of the court, and costs.
