The works of art displayed in the New Zealand section of the National Art Gallery. Wellington, are of great historical interest, and the international works are varied and show a diversity 01. treatment. Tlie excellent portrait of Lord Jellicoe, wheh is hanging in the gallery, was painted by Reginald Eves, ILA., recently appointed as otlicial war artist by the liritish Govern men t. The Coronation picture continues to be a centre of admiration.
