Company’s Contribution Of £5OO The Minister of Finance, Mr. Nash, stated yesterday that a cheque for £5OO had been deposited to the credit of the public account by Quicksbiae Limited, Auckland, as a loan free of interest to the Government for flic duration of the war. The Minister, in expressing appreciation of the company's action, said lie hoped that many others would follow the generous example of those individuals and business firms who had already shown in this way practical evidence of their desire to assist the Government in its prosecution of the war,
