Gandhi And The Viceroy

BOMBAY, February 11.
Mahatma Gandhi, in an article in his Paper, “Harijan,” expresses the. opinion that his meeting with the. Viceroy has clarified the Indian situation. He says negotiations are not closed. The hour for civil disobedience has not yet been reached. He does not doubt the sincerity of Lord Linlithgow, who is doing his utmost to understand the position of Congress.
