Ambassadors’ Movements ROME, December 13. The Soviet Ambassador, M. Gorelkin, left for Moscow. No reason was given. The British United Press reports that the Italian Ambassador to Moscow will shortly be returning to Rome to receive instructions concerning relations between Italy and the Soviet.
