Child Welfare Talk Tonight at 8 o’clock Dr. Phyllis Weir will lecture in bhe Women’s Section demonstration hall at the Exhibition on child welfare. Her talk will be entitled “Medical Inspection and School Hygiene.” The Boys’ Institute Silver Band, conducted by Mr. Albert Iremonger, will play the following programme from the weather bandshell at 7.30 p.m.:— Fanfare and National Anthem; march, “On the Quarter-Deck” (Alford) ; selection, "Un Ballo in Maschera” (Verdi) ", characteristic intermezzo, “In a Monastery Garden” (Ketelby) ; trombone solo, “The Parachute” (J.
