Trial Matches Tomorrow The New Zealand Rugby Union will continue its trial matches at Athletic Park tomorrow, when two games will be played. , , It is possible that there may be some alterations to the teams as originally selected, because of injuries received on Saturday last, , , . Gilmour, one of the forwards selected, is still suffering from an injury received on Saturday, and his place will be taken by McPhail. •„ i, • , The first trial tomorrow will begin at. 1.30, and the second match at 3 o'clock. Three more Taranaki players were advised today that they had .been selected to participate in the Rugby trials at Wellington next Saturday. They are: R. Walker, front row forward; H. Johns, full-back; C. Sullivan, wing-threequar-ters. Surprise is felt at the continued omission of B. Killeen, after the .poor display of Reid in the five-eighths. WELLINGTON TEAM TO PLAY WANGANUI The following players have been chosen by the selector, Mr. A. McDonald, to represent Wellington against M anganui in Wanganui on Saturday:— Full-back. Dance; three-quarters, Wright. Veitch. Knowles; five-eighths, Thomas, Pollock; half-back, J. Burns, front row. Any players not. available are asked to advise tiie secretary of the Wellington Rugby Union immediately. The team will train in the Poneke gymnasium on Thursday night at 7.30 o’clock.
