■ Arrangements For Recall By Mr. Chamberlain (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Angnst I. Parliament adjourns on Friday till October 3. The Prime Minister, Mr. Chamberlain, gave the House of Commons an assurance that adequate arrangements had been made to ensure that Parliament could continue to meet in time of war.
