On two charges of wilful obscene exposure in Christchurch Percival Dennis 1 Mahoney, aged 33, a labourer, was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment on each charge when he appeared in the Magistrates’ Court, Wellington, yesterday. Mr, J. 11. Luxford, S.M., was on the bench. The terms will be served concurrently at the expiration of a sentence ! Mahoney is at present serving. »
