Increase In Net Profit

AUCKLAND, June 30. The annual accounts of the New Zealand Farmers’ Fertilizer Co. to May 31 show an increase in gross profits lrom £106,105 to £111,217, and in net worn £66,478 to £69,671. . The dividend recommended m unchanged at 6 per cent. The balance-sheet shows an increase in capital from £~6I,JJO to £351,394, the difference being due to the issue of 5 J per cent. pref, shares in September last.
