HITLER AN “UPSTART”
South African M.P. Ruled Out Of Order GAPE TOWN, February 20. The Speaker of the Union House of Assembly three times ruled out the Rev. Mr. Cadman, a Labour member, for criticizing Herr Hitler, to whom he referred as an upstart. Mr. Cadman deplored Mr. Pirow’s visit to Herr Hitler, who, he said, “is a person with whom I would not shake hands.”
