rjAREFULLY dressed coiffures can be upset if a dress is pulled over the head. The method adopted by some London actresses would be good to copy. A square of tulle or finest net is laid over the head and drawn down to cover the hair and face. It Is then gathered to the neck and secured by a length of elastic with a button on one end and a loop on the other. Tn this way the hail- is protected.
