The Warsaw correspondent of the ‘•Daily Te’egraph” says that drastic orders wl have been issued to speed up i, ..stry and cheapen labour threaten to cause most serious labour trouble. The orders prescribe a 14 per cent, yvage reduction and a 25 per cent, increase in the minimum output of workers.
