ERROR IN AWARD
Omission Of Adult Wage Rate REQUEST TO COURT Tlie omission of tlie adult wage rate from tlie Wellington aerated workers’ award issued by tlie Second Court of Arbitration was referred to by Mr. J. 11. Collins, secretary of tlie union, in tlie Court of Arbitration in Wellington yesterday. Air. Collins asked the Court to rectify the error, pointing out that there was a body of meh not covered by tlie award, which would expire in June. Mr. W. J. Mounfjoy asked tlie Court not to make any alteration till, the employers had considered tlie matter. Mr. Justice O’Regan asked the parties to see him in chambers, lie remarked that he was afraid tlie Court could not remedy an error made by another Court.
