Charges Of Spreading
Communism
BERLIN, December 8.
On charges of spreading Communism on behalf of the international Socialist fighting force, three men were sentenced in the People’s Court to imprisonment for three years, two years and 18 months respectively.
The prosecution alleged that the men spread propaganda by means of pamphlets and gramophone records smuggled from abroad.
This is the second group that has been tried this week. It. is understood that 20 others are awaiting trial.
