Franco Policy
(Received December 9, 7.5 p.m.) BRUSSELS, December 9.
A settlement of the threatened Government crisis entails the Premier, M. Spaak, and his .Socialist colleagues submitting to party discipline and not sending an agent to Burgos and also declining to accept a decision favouring General Franco. The Minister of Education. M. Dierck. has withdrawn his resignation and is provisionally collaborating with the Government.
