NATIVE GARDEN COMPETITION

Members of the Wellington Horticultural Society or any society affiliated thereto are reminded that entries for the Native Garden competition for the Viscount Bledisloe trophy close with the secretary on January 31, 1930. The conditions provide that the award will be made to the owner of the garden—whether, large or small—showing the best and most attractive use of New Zealand plants, having regard also to the aesthetic beauty of the garden as evidenced by the artistic effect of the general arrangement and payout.
