ROWING CHAMPIONSHIPS
Prize-Money Allotted

BLENHEIM, December 9.
What is believed to be record prize money was allotted last night by the committee appointed by the Marlborough Rowing Association to conduct the New Zealand championship regatta on Picton harbour in February. The sum of £252 will be divided among 11 events, the donations for the championship races.being as follows: —Fours and eights, £4O, £lO, £5; single and doubles sculls and pairs, £l5, £5; Marlborough Plate, fours, £lB, £5.
