HUGE AIR-RAID SHELTERS FOR PARIS
PARIS. December 7. The Paris Municipality lias decided to construct 11 huge underground airraid shelters, virtually blockhouses, round Paris at a cost of £BOO,OOO. They will accommodate a total of hundreds of thousands of people. For instance, one shelter will aceommodale 00.000 and others 17,000 to 20.000.
