Returned Home Miss Sylvia Scott, Christchurch, has returned south after visiting Wanganui and Hawke’s Bay. Mrs. T. McGregor has returned to her home in Dunedin after spending four weeks in Auckland and Wellington. Mr and Airs. J. H. Coleman, Hawkes Bay, who visited Christchurch for the wedding of Mrs. Coleman’s brother on Wednesday, left on their return home last night. Mr. ’and Mrs. R. Moore, Wanganui, have" returned home from a visit to Wellington. Mrs. T. Soundy has returned to Wanganui from Wellington, where she. attended the Haise—McDonald wedding. Returned From Abroad Miss F E. Kershaw, formerly of the staff of the Wellington Girls’ College, ha 6 returned from rr long tour abroad, in which she visited England, Europe and America. Going Abroad Misses Helen and Mary Thomson will leave Wellington next Wednesday for Auckland, where they will join the Rangatira for a trip to England.

Hawthorne, president of the Wellington provincial executive of the Women’s Division of the Farmers Union will leave iby the Mariposa 1 in the middle of December for Hawaii, where she will spend three months. Mr. and Airs. Alan Guy, Palmerston North, and Mr. and Mrs. Laurie Daniell, Dannevirke, have returned home after visiting Wellington to bid farewell to Miss Eileen Daniell, who left recently by the Awatea for Sydney, en route to .South Africa.
